Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If he was 17 on the time of the investigation and wasn't convicted until he was 19 wouldn't that put hem at 17 at the time of the assault took place. He was in jail for a couple years prior would his information still have to be public. Sex offender. Registering information she was 14 he was 17.

The time to be considered is the time of the offense. If he received probation, deferred, or time, he will have to register. Because she is more than 13 and they are less than 4 years of age apart, he can apply for deregistration. He will need the help of a lawyer.
