Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

what to do

i have 2 warrents for traffic and 1 warrent for missing a court date on child support hearing ( i did fill out a motion for countinous but was not handled right.) I am doing child support pro say. i want to turn myself . I have no money. No place to live. just my clothing. how long will i sit in jail? ( about how long?)

I'm sorry, but I cannot answer that question. You should call the court and they should be able to answer your question.

Also, I am a member of the Aid to the Homeless committee for the Dallas Young Lawyers Assoc. We organize community court project in the fall in which homeless people can adjudicate their Class C City of Dallas tickets for community service. If your tickets are from the City of Dallas, then you can ask the Stewpot or the Bridge about participating in the program closer to date. The program will likely be in September or October and the application must be filled out four weeks before the program.
