Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
20 year old daughter was rounded up with 20 other college kids at a campus party, and charged by local police with a minor in possession, she was not drinking and had only just arrived before campus cops arrived. She offered to provide a breathalyzer test but the arresting officer decline to give the test. She pleaded not guilty, A trial by judge is Nov 22, 10. Do I need a lawyer to represent my daughter.
