Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
17 year old let my 16 year old drive his car and she got in a wreak in the subdivion no one got hurt she don't have a DL. What will happen to her ? When the boy came over i was running to the store and told them if he was going to stay to not leave the house and he did and let her drive his car. So is she at fault because he aloud a 16year drive his car with no DL. Because the mom is trying to press charges on my child after her son let her drive his car and she ran in to the curb. Please get back with me!! Thank you
