Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
9 year old hot checks
My fiance wrote hot checks 9 years ago and went to court. The checks were paid off but not all the fines. Can they arrest him now? Or is there a statute of limitations?
Could you tell me the statute of limitations on felonies as well? For a book I'm writing.

Contact a local Bondsman. They can tell you quickly if there is a warrant for your husband's arrest. Statute of Limitations doesn't apply if he's already plead guilty.
