Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

i am a 22 year old lady with three kids i started working at bank of america in 07 i had been working there for three years with no promblem i was in charge or drawer counts and vault counts and everything was always good, then some customer a know customer that is a crazy reported that she didnt do two transaction in last feb and the bank looked at it and investagated the mangers all told the investagers that she was crazy, but guess to did the tranactions i did so that being said i was a suspect and the question me and looked throu my accts and looked at the tapes on the tapes they didnt see her at my window or me take the money, once again she was know for leaving the window or at times not even coming to the window just going with the personal banker or manger crying about her life, (sons friend steeling money from her house and be lonly) so i got fired not for steeling but for taking a lost to the bank o its two transaction for 2000.00 each which my limt is 5000.00 and i used my judgement i put know to teller and had her sign, now i moved on to another bank credit union and month later i got a call from the federal revserve to go on wednesday to go give a stament before they turn it over to the distract atterany... o i forgot to tell you that at the end then manger acted like they didnt even know the lady also like they fired me 5 months later and still keeped my incharge when i was let go the man told me that it wasnt going on my recored i could work at another bank and also about five days later i got call from excoworkers knowing everything that went on the manger went and told them everything.. cant they do this pass it on to the police....do i need a lawyer, last but not least the asst manger always told me things about my body and would i ever cheat on my husband and other emeployee would see what i felt sexual harassed but never said anything bz i was scared to lose my job.
