16 year old male with 25 year old woman

i dated a 16 year old male in 1988 got pregnant when he was 18 i was 27 and had child when he was 19 i was 28. what can he do to me after all these years?? is there a law against this after this long?

The child is the proof of the physical relationship, which would date back to when he was 18 years old, and of age of consent. If there is proof of sexual abuse of a minor, the statute of limitations in Texas is 10 years from the date of his 18th birthday. If federal law applies, there is no statute of limitations.
