Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I am 49 year old male, about 27 or 28 years ago I plead guilty to criminil mischief. I took a plea deal and was given defered adjudication. I fulfill everything the court mandated. A few years ago I found out that I had that felony charge on my record. I do not know why or how this happened, I am wandering what I can do to fix this?

A deferred does not automatically fall off your record. You need to file what is called a petition for non-disclosure. This would seal your record from most private entities, like jobs and apartment complexes, etc.
