Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

hello i am an 18 year old and i met this 17 year old online he seemed nice and everything he found my number, i kept talking to him he seemed nice but after a while he started going psycho,he threatened to kill himself,i talked him out of it i promised that i wouldn't stop talking to him so he wouldn't kill himself,but the next day he told me that he was just lying in order for me to appreciate him more.After a few days i asked him to leave me alone since i started having anxiety attacks,because of him,after i asked him to leave me alone he started threatening to call the cops on me.He said that i was just using him and i sexually harassed him and that i had to go to jail for it.This made my anxiety worse i have never done anything wrong never gotten in trouble with the cops or at school.I guess i was sheltered i got so scared my anxiety attacks wont leave me alone now.He recently stopped talking to me but i still fear for the worst,these thoughts interfere with my everyday life.I just want him to leave me alone. I saved a few of our conversations,the one where he threaten to kill himself but i don't know what to do i really don't. I'm asking you guys to help me trough my ordeal i just want my life to return to normal and to get this weirdo to stop bothering me for good.

I am assuming that you have not met this person in person.

I am assuming that he calls you on your cel phone, not your home phone.

Get rid of your cel phone. Americans used to live without them. Get rid of it; it's not that important. Seriously.

What he's doing is a crime, but you might not get much help from the police (they're experts at explaining why they can't help you).
