im 20 about to be 21 and i got my 17 year old pregant can i get into trouble in texas?

I disagree. The age of consent in Texas is 17. Someone who is 17 can have consensual sexual relations with almost anyone they want. If you did not engage in any sexual activities with her before she was 17, then you shouldn't have any issue. If, however, you did engage in sexual activity when she was 16 or younger, you could have some felony trouble.
