Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
17-year old son accused of felony
My son, who just turned 17 on July 24th is accused of illegal possession and use of a credit card. There may be other charges. In the meantime, my car has been impounded and they will not release pending a criminal investigation. Should I get an attorney or wait until he is formally indicted? Thank you for your time.

Your son needs a lawyer, and you need a lawyer to get your car back.

Hire a lawyer to represent your son. What happens to him on this case could be the difference in the rest of his life.
