Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
10 years ago i was charged and convicted on 2 seperate occasions for class a misdemeanors. Served county time for both. Could i have those records expunged. im currently in the military and seeking possible employment as a police officer. they dont allow class a misdemeanors. so can the charges be expunged or sealed?

Your only option is to get the convictions pardoned. Then you would be eligible to have them expunged.
