Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
About 6 years ago, I was involved in a crime, that, although wasn\'t my doing, i was guilty by association: A victim of circumstance. I served my time and am back in school awaiting my associates in Jan 2010. The person who committed the crime is paying his debt in prison for Aggrevated Robbery, which was my original charge, however, it was dropped by prosecution down to theft 1,500-20,000. So i was actually charged with theft, but my background record still lists aggrevated robbery which has prevented me getting employment. What can i do to take off the agg. robbery from my background or even expunge it all. Please help me with advice.\nroger\[email protected]
