Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i am currently 17 years old and my boyfriend is 21. i live in texas and he lives in ohio. the legal age to move out of your house in texas is 17 but its not in ohio. would my boyfriend get arrested and charges against him if i move to ohio? can my mom call the ohio police on him and get him into trouble?

Yes, your boyfriend could be charged with Harboring a Runaway (or whatever the Ohio equivalent of that law is) if your mom reported you. While Texas law considers you an adult, Ohio law does not. If you moved to Ohio, you would be subject to Ohio law and your boyfriend may be subject to arrest.
