Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I am 22yrs old I applied for fed ex and I took a pair of shoes in wal mart 3 weeks ago and I am supossed to get charged with a class b misdemeanor but i haven't had a court date yet and they are running my background check right now will this be on my background before or after my court date?

It is already on your record if you got arrested. When arrested that is when your info is sent to DPS, FBI, and Clerk's office.
