Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
After 18 yrs of a 75 year sentence served for att cap murder and good behavior for the last 11 yrs or so normally how much more time should he except approx?

A lot. It would be impossible to calculate and is dependent on many factors including when the offense was committed, his participation in the offense, etc. He should be able to get an estimate from TDCJ on his estimated release date, though. (Be aware that an aggravated offense, which this probably was, must serve 1/2 of their sentence or 35 years minimum before becoming ELIGIBLE for parole. And, most such cases do not make 1st, 2nd, or even 3rd chances at parole.
