Can a.17 year old get im trouble for moving out without her parents consent?

Yes - the parents have the ability to direct where and with whom their child can live until the child is 18.

Cynthia is absolutely correct, but I have rarely seen judges tell a 17 year old where she can live as long as it is a safe environment. It is up to the judge.
