I am 22 years old and my 2 children and I live with my parents, what would happen if my dad hit me and I call the police, having no where to go

Your father would likely be arrested and charged with Assault/Family Violence. This is a Class "A" misdemeanor punishable by a maximum sentence of one year in jail and/or a $4000 fine. Your dad cannot just throw you of the house. In fact, if you are the victim of family violence you can file an application for a protective order and ask that he be immediately removed from the home.
