Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Is there any way to take an accesory to burglary off your record after 12 to 15 yrs ago. it was supposed to be taken off record & it wasn't. thanks

If your case was dismissed, then you may be eligible to expunge this case from your record. If you were convicted and did deferred adjudication probation and successfully completed it, then you may be eligible to seal the record from the public. If you were convicted and did jail time/prison time/back time or regular probation, then the case is on your record for the rest of your life.
I would recommend contacting a criminal defense attorney in the county this charge was in for more specific advice.
