Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Is it possible or accurate for a person to be convicted of first degree murder... from an undetermined death? The autopsy report was changed from undetermined death to undetermined homiside from a document that was sent to Dallas forensics... from a person who documented false comments from a judge... and was proven... also pictures that were taken at the hospital without supervision....
