Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Ive been accused of embezzlement of $10,000 from a previous employer in Texas, but there is no way I took that much. I did take a smaller amount that did not exceed $3,000.00. Ive been contacted by a detective and I said NOTHING to her. The detective told me she was going to send the info about my charges to the DAs office this weekend. Currently Im living in Pennsylvania with my 90year old grandmother and I just started two full-time jobs and Im worried about extradition. I have no idea what to do or anything I never had any convictions before.

Here are my questions about my situation?

Do i need to hire a lawyer ASAP?

Is it possible to find out when a warrant will be released? So I drive myself to TX without being handcuffed in a van for 2-3 days.

Or Even possible to stay in PA while the process going on?

Can I look at the evidence against me to prove that I never took that amount?

Is it possible to work out a plea bargain to prevent prison time?
