Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was accused of a Felony Assault with a deadly weapon i served 8months in county and received a 1244A reduced to a misdemeanor assault and got time served and it still shows up every where as a Felony Assault when i didn't do the crime they got the guy that did it is there any way i can get this felony assault off my record since i didn't do the crime and they got the guy who did it.

no, you were convicted of a felony but allowed to do county time. That is what 1244a means. If you are actual innocent then have to file an appeal to get off record.
