Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I am accused of Sexual Assault in Tarrant County Texas, city of Euless. I have heard there is a time limit for a Grand Jury to indict me. The only info I have so far is that the DA is still investigation the charges. What are the limits for a Grand Jury to indict? Is it from the time the Grand Jury gets the case?

A Grand Jury is established for a set term and the term can be extended up to 90 days after the expiration of the term for which the Grand Jury was impaneled, and all indictments pertaining thereto returned by the Grand Jury within said extended period shall be as valid as if returned before the expiration of the term.
