Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Accused of Snitching
My niece was busted for meth several years ago. My daughter was living with her at the time. My sister is 'convinced' that my daughter snitched on niece. It has broken up our family. My sister and I were best friends, but no more. Is there a way to prove to her this didn't happen?

Re: Accused of Snitching
You should be able to get a copy of the Court's file from either the County Clerk or the District Clerk's office. It may have what you are looking for. Short of that, you can contact your local District Attorney's office, tell them your problem and see if they will give you something indicating your daughter had no part in your niece's problems. Good Luck. If I can be of further service, contact my office administrator via email "[email protected]".
