Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I have an active warrant out its a felony warrant there was a misunderstanding with my sister she told the police that she didn't want to press chargers so how do I have a warrant and how do I get rid of it?

Just because your sister didn't want to press charges does not mean that the State cannot prosecute you. It is up to the State on whether or not to file charges on you, not your sister.
You should go to a bonding company and set up a "no arrest" bond. Once you get the bond set up you should be able to turn yourself in and get right back out in a relatively short amount of time. You should also consider retaining a lawyer now so he or she can help guide you through the process.
