Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I'm looking at an actual court document that has the defendant's sentencing on it but unsure of what it really means...
There are five "pending counts" and for "dispostion" each one says "135 months to run cuncurrent with each other Counts & ....".
My question is does this means the defendant is sentenced to 675 months total? And how much of that time will they actually serve if so?

Concurrent means at the same time so 135 months is the total the can be served. If it is federal sentencing (which it appears to be) then they will do about 85%.
