Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Im on adjudication probation for 4 years and revoke it once and got rehab for 9 months. 4 months later got a dirty UA and didn't report how much prison time am I looking at if revoked again in the state of Texas

What level felony? I will assume state jail thus you are looking at 6 months to 2 years in state jail. Wouldn't expect the lower end since you have already had one "chance".
