Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
What advantages are there to the consolidation of the wrongful acqusition crimes into a single crime of theft??? Disadvantages??

Main advantage would be that you only get punished for one crime essentially. Disadvantage is that you are more likely to get convicted since the jury would likely hear more bad stuff about you and the fact it was done more than once.
