Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I need some advice! I'm being accused of stealing stuff from a family friends house
The police came to my house and asked if I took anything from them. They had the people who are accusing me fill out a police report and then told me I might have a warrant put out for my arrest. The officer wouldn't even talk to me or my husband about anything. All he would say is that they said I stole some things from there house and then gave it all back to them!! I am being accused of something I didn't do and don't know what to do. I already have a felony theft charge from 2008 and don't need this trouble in my life or. My families. What do I do?

You need a good criminal lawyer (you can hire him IF you are ever arrested).
Between now and then: DON'T TALK TO THE POLICE. For any reason. It can't help you.
