Re: advice

Based on what you have written, it appears that your husband might be charged with an additional offense. It would not be wise to return the phone call from teh children assessment agency as they may try to arrest your husband. You should consider hiring a local criminal defense law firm to assist your husband. If my local criminal defense law firm can assist you or your husband with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my paralegal Tina ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.

Re: advice

I would not call back the assessment center. Instead, hire an attorney. They can look into the allegations. Your husband will only be arrested if charged with a new offense.
