Advice on Misdemeanor B.

If there is a charge of a B misdemeanor, what is likely to happen? Jail time or Probation and fines?

It varies greatly depending on the charge, the court, the prosecutor, and the criminal history, etc.

Driving While Intoxicated - first offense, possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana, and driving on a suspended license are all class B misdemeanors but all normally have quite different punishments.

It just really depends. More facts would be necessary to give you a better answer.
