How to get an affadavit
My son's co-defendant wants to give an affadavit saying my son had nothing to do with the crime they are charged with. How can we get it, he's out on bond.

Re: How to get an affadavit
Get with your son's attorney and have the co-defendant contact your son's attorney to give him the affidavit. Only problem you may have is that the co-defendant's attorney may not want him to give the affidavit and if your son is represented by an attorney he will not want to contact the co-defendant since he is represented by counsel. That is why it is important taht the co-defendant contact your son's attorney and volunteer to give the statement.
