what does Affidavit Of Surety To Discharge Liability By Surrender Or I? mean?? In a ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE and it says the same thing also in INTERFER W/EMERGENCY CALL charge??? what does that mean??

It means that the bondsman wants off the bond. The bondsman wants to surrender the person to law enforcement to get off their liability on the bond.
