Age of Consent
my cousin is 21 (jan 22. 1988) his girlfriend is 18 (april 11, 1991) they started having sex when she was 17 and he was 20, but she became pregnant in march when she was 17 and he was 21. now the parents are threatening with the law. what is he able to do, where does the law fall on this, and what are the possible consequences?

The age of consent in Texas is 17. If they did not have sex until she was 17, then there is no criminal issue.
