If a girl & boy are 2 and 1/2 years apart in age but he is now 18 can he be charged for indecency with a child or anything else?

Hello there,
It sounds like you have done your research on the age of consent. However, someone at a later date could get upset with you and allege that they did not consent to sex therefore making you a potential individual that could be charged with a sexual assault.
It sounds crazy but you almost have to get people to put it into writing sometimes that they are actually submitting to certain acts voluntarily.
Be careful you should not be putting yourself in a position where you could be facing possible charges and potentially going to prison for twenty years and being labeled as a sex offender for life.
