age of consent law
i'm 19 and my girlfriend is 16, but there is a 3.5 year difference. is it legal for us to have sex or joke about sex related topics? such as making perverted joeks to each other, or online actions, just playing around?

Having sex would be you could go to jail and be forced to register as a sex offender. Joking around is no big deal. Just no sexual contact.
