my fiance was put in jail for agg assualt and he is on parole. no weapons no witnessess he is being held

You have not asked a question here, but will tell you what he already knows, and that is that he needs a lawyer. Parole is very easy to lose. Often an everyday item can be a weapon, i.e. baseball bat. Aggravated can be assessed at the level of injury and not the type of weapon. There is a witness, the complainant.
