Aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury
My son was in an altercation with another guy, they were the only two people there they fought both decided that they were through when my son got up the other boy hit him knocking him to the ground, two of my sons friends walked up about then and saw what happened and jumped the other boy, my son was not involved with the jumping of the boy but he is on felony ajudacated probation for injury to a child the two boys that actually did the jumping have not been charged at all what do we need to do

Surely you have retained an attorney for him. He is facing the current charge, as well as revocation of the deferred. An attorney can advise him, as well as establish the witness testimony.
