Is it a conflict of in intrest for a attorney to have two defendants in the same assault case ? and does the prosucution have to identify the wittness he or she has against u ?

As to the conflict, that is an answer that depends wholly on the facts of the case. Even if there is a conflict, the defendants can waive the conflict, if they and the attorney choose to do so.

The prosecution has to disclose all exculpatory evidence. If the court has ordered disclosure of the witness lists, then they have to provide that as well.
