Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
my son was assaulted by his girlfriend. what can i do as a mother to ensure that she does not get off free.

Talk to the ADA handling the case. Be cooperative. Tell the truth. Don't exagerrate. Sue her civilly if necessary.
