Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

aggravated assault

My son's wife broke their matrriage vows by havuing sex with a much younger guy, whom they had befriended when he lived next door & was lonely after his parent's divorce. He was about 10. Later they decided to go into business together. When my son learned what they had done, he hit his wife ^ broke her jaw. He is servibg 5 yrs. Upon fulfillment of sentence, can he & his wie legally reunite? They never sepRATED nor divorced. She visited him in prision every 2 weeks. They are still in love & married. Is there any requirements after fulfilling his time served? She saw him again today..his birthday. Can they legally live together agin? They want to resume their married life with their 2 sons, who have missed their Dad for 5 years.

Re: aggravated assault

If he gets out on parole, then it will depend on his parole conditions. However, if not forbidden by parole conditions then he should be able to live with his wife.
