aggravated assault in texas
if someone was with another person and that other person committed an aggravated assault but the person that was with the person that committed the assault knew or or knowingly went with the person to committ an assault , could that other person be convicted of a aggravated assault?

Yes, under the "law of parties" as if the person committed the assault on the victim by themselves.
