Re: Aggravated Assault w/ Deadly Weapon
Hello there,
This is an aggravated assault because a weapon was used during the commission of said assault. The punishment range is two to twenty years and up to a ten thousand dollar fine.
He is going to have to say that he didn't have the intent to shoot her and that this was an accident and occurred accidentally.
Sincerely,
Erick Platten
