Re: aggravated robbery with adeadly weapon
Texas Penal Code 29.03 lists Aggravated Robbery as a first degree felony. Texas Penal 12.32 lists a first degree felony as punishable by life in prison, or a term between 5 and 99 years. It lists a fine not to exceed $10,000.
There are MANY factors which influence the eventual outcome of a cases affecting the range of punishment.
