Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Aggravated Robbery with a deadly weapon.

Hi , My brother has been charges with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. Him and his "Friend" both committed the robber. My brother was the one with the gun. No body got hurt. He is only 19, never had a bad record before. He goes to school and a full time job, where he really make good money. Also, he is a permanent resident. My question is, What can be the result of his case? We live in houston, texas.
