Re: aggravated robbery first time felon sentencing
How old is he? It makes a difference if he is a juvenile or an adult.
There must have been some type of weapon present to result in a charge of aggravated robbery.
Probation for first offenders when there is no weapon involved and no one is injured is usually granted if there are no major aggravating circumstances.
Cleary your son requires legal help, and I recommend you consult a criminal lawyer in your town pronto.
