Re: Aggrivated Assult
Based on what you have written, it appears that your now ex-boyfriend has been charged with a violation of TX Penal Code section 22.02. Dependent upon the specifics of the charges, your now ex-boyfriend can be facing either a second degree or first degree felony. The protective order is generally issued to protect the victim of a situation such as yours. If my local law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my paralegal Tina ([email protected]) to arrange for a consultation.
