Altercation with an illegal from Mexico

Me, my brother and brother in law were in an altercation with seven other guys who initiated the fight. We were on the defensive the entire time. Three of them ended up going to the hospital and have since pressed charges on all three of us. With them being illegal how is it possible for them to press charges?

Even though they are not citizens they still have rights. If you have a true self defense argument, that issue needs to be raised at trial.

Hire an attorney with a reputation of obtaining not guilty verdicts.
