Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
need answer asap
if i was accused of burglary of habitation and was charged and i plead guilty. but then the victim drops all charges. will the case then be dismissed? please return this request as soon as possible. thank you very much.

First of all, if you plead guilty, did the judge enter a conviction? When did you plead guilty? You will need an attorney to find out if the plea can be withdrawn. The victim's willingness to drop charges, does not necessarily mean the ADA is willing to drop charges -- and that's before the plea/conviction.
