apartment
if i were trying to get a apartment and they are doing a back ground check. i have a case open for possesion and domestic which was a deffered judification case and it is still pending with a motion to revoke , will the apartment still be able to see that on my record?

It depends upon what service they use, but the arrest will probably appear, with the deferred disposition. The revocation might not show up.
